The Bounty Hunter

The Bounty Hunter

Rated: PG-13 Time: 1:46

Stars: Jennifer Aniston, Gerard Butler, Jason Sudeikis, Jeff Garlin, Richie Coster and others

Final Grade: C

Nicole Hurley (Aniston) is in a bit of a pickle. She ran her car into a mounted police horse and decided not so show up for court. Now, she’s a wanted felon with a warrant on her pretty butt and a bail bondsman that wants his money back. To make her day worse, her ex, Milo Boyd (Butler) is a former cop turned bounty hunter who has gleefully accepted the case of bringing her in.

The movie tone is full of frolic as the two play cat and mouse in his attempts to bring her in and her attempts to avoid him and the law, while at the same time dodging his loan sharks and other bad guys on their way to a predictable night back together in the same hotel they had originally spent their honeymoon in.

As you would expect with an Aniston film, don’t expect any high and deep drama. But if you’re looking for light viewing with a few good laughs then you won’t be disappointed. And, as ever, Aniston’s not hard to look at in this flick either.

I’m Don Rima, and that’s the way I saw it, From Where I Stand.
