Had a nice trip down to the Georgia botanical gardens in Athens this weekend. If you ever have the opportunity, I heavily suggest you avail yourself to it. The gift shoppe is more than a bit over priced, but the grounds are a really nice place to spend a weekend day….

But, IT WAS HOT!! How hot was it? I’m glad you asked!

It was so hot that eggs were being laid sunny side up…

It was so hot that the devil was cowering in the shade…

It was so hot that I saw 2 fire hydrants fighting over a dog!
